Terms & Conditions

Last updated October 28, 2026.

These terms cover your use of lexingtonmetalroofcoating.com, operated by Lexington Metal Roof Coating. By using these pages you agree to them.

Information On These Pages

Roofing information here is general and is provided to help you understand commercial roof coating options. Every roof is different; the right approach for a building is set only after an on-site inspection.

Ballpark Estimates

The estimate tool produces a preliminary range from the roof size you enter, using fixed planning rates. It is not a quote, a bid, or an offer. Actual pricing depends on an inspection of the roof's condition, access, and repairs needed.

Requests And Appointments

Sending a form or calling is a request for contact. It does not confirm an appointment, an inspection time, or any agreement to perform work. Any roofing work is covered by a separate written agreement.

Accuracy Of What You Send

Please give accurate contact and property details so your request can be handled. Do not submit information about property you are not authorized to discuss.
